We started Corvus & Field to get back to marketing for real businesses: the brands, owners, and crews doing real work for real customers, not the mega corps blowing millions on out of touch campaigns.
Why we started
Marketing is our passion. This is us doing it right.
Getting noticed has never been harder. This is the attention age: everyone carries an endless feed in their pocket, and a local shop, a neighborhood restaurant, or a growing company competes for the same few seconds as national brands with national budgets. Great work is not enough on its own anymore. People have to see it.
We started Corvus & Field to help with exactly that. We wanted to help elevate local communities by helping the businesses in them grow: small businesses, family operations, and businesses of any size doing real work for real customers. When they grow, they hire their neighbors, and the whole town feels it.
And we love storytelling. Every business has a story worth hearing: why it started, who shows up every morning, and what it does better than anyone else. Our job is to find that story, tell it well, and get it in front of the people who need to hear it. Then we measure it the honest way, by the calls, leads, and booked jobs it brings in.
Marketing is our passion. Leads are our proof.

Meet Eldon & Korbi

Eldon & Korbi Nelson
We are a husband and wife team living on the Palouse and loving every minute of it: Eldon is a Washington State University alum (Go Cougs!), one of our two kids was born right here, and this is where we are raising our family. When we are not working you will find us hanging out at Lake Coeur d'Alene, out on a trail with the kids and the dog, or exploring some new corner of the Pacific Northwest.
Our experience runs across trade shows, pest control, real estate, higher education, restaurants, concessions, retail food and beverage, and web3, building brands for everything from small family businesses to corporate operations. All of it feeds what we do here. We run every account like it is our own business, because it is.
The name
The raven and the field

/ kôr·vus / · noun · Latin
The raven. The sharpest bird in the sky; a problem solver, a planner, a collector of shiny things.
Corvus is Latin for raven. (We collect booked jobs. Same instinct as the shiny things.) The field is where the work happens: driveways, crawlspaces, rooftops, showrooms, campuses. Put together, the name is the promise we make every client: smart strategy for real-world work.
